Regardless of the late vasconization theory (which I think only applies to the territories of Gipuscoa, Biscay and Alava), Roman inscriptions with “Vasconic” names (what seems to be the South Pyreneean equivalent of Aquitanian) have been found throughout Navarre, and even as far south as Soria (near Cidacos river: “Sesenco” anthroponym).
